The Bill Reg. (No6130) suggests the amendments to the Laws "On basic Principles of the Corruption Prevention", "On Liability of the legal entities for the committed corruption infringements", Code of Ukraine on Administrative Infringements and Criminal Code of Ukraine in the part concerning the reduction of the restrictions aimed at the corruption fighting and prevention.
Pursuant to the document, the formation of the state anti-corruption policy and coordination of the measures regarding the implementation of anti-corruption strategy is conducted by the specialized authorized body on corruption matters.
